Young Entrepreneurs School, (“Young Entrepreneurs School,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”) provides various business coaching services, courses, products, and goods through this Website (the “Service”). This Service is offered subject to Your acceptance of these Terms as well as any relevant sections of the Client’s on Demand, Refund Policy.
Digital Products Payment & Refunds Policy
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases are non-refundable, except as follows: You may request (“Refund Request”) a refund of the Fees for the Young Entrepreneurs School courses & program within thirty (30) calendar days from the Effective Date (“Refund Period”) for any reason. However, you must consume ALL the video training content, join ALL the weekly Q&A calls and NO DOWNLOADS are to have been downloaded by you (we can see all of our students' progress within our program).
If you choose a payment plan, it can not be canceled after the specific refund period for that program. You have committed to pay and are liable for all payments in the payment plan. Your request must be in writing and delivered to the Young Entrepreneurs School team at support@theyoungentrepreneursschool.com. Young Entrepreneurs School reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice. Failure to deliver the Refund Request during the Refund Period will result in Your waiver of rights to a refund of Your Fees.
Fees
In consideration of the license granted to You herein, You agree to pay the Young Entrepreneurs School the fees (“Fees”) in the amount and manner as previously agreed upon related to access to the Website.
Notice Regarding Electronic Payment Vendors.
Users should be aware all transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
Young Entrepreneurs School may also provide applications and other services to merchants related to payment processing. Payments may not be processed for certain activities, such as for illegal or other prohibited activities. If you have a question as to whether a payment will be accepted, then we encourage you to check the policies of the applicable vendor. Your relationship with the electronic payment vendors is separate from your relationship with Young Entrepreneurs School and is governed by the terms and conditions contained in such vendor’s agreement.
Such terms and conditions are available at the respective vendor’s website. Young Entrepreneurs School is not responsible for the actions or omissions of any third-party payment processor. If you choose the payment plan, it cannot be canceled after 14 days for ALL Young Entrepreneurs School courses & programs.
